SAFARI® Vinegar is manufactured under licence by Cecil Vinegar Works, who has been manufacturing naturally fermented vinegar since 1936. Grapes are sourced from the world-renowned Cape Winelands and apples from the Western Cape's Elgin area. Cecil Vinegar Works was acquired by Libstar Operations (Pty) Ltd in 2015.
